Refund Policy

1. Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: Customers can receive a full refund if they cancel their ride at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.

2. No-Show Policy:

  • If a customer does not show up at the agreed pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the ride will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Service Issues:

  • If a ride is cancelled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer service team at adventurewheelsmt@gmail.com 

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
